The UK accedes to Hague Choice of Court Convention in its own right

The UK has acceded to the Hague Convention on Choice of Court Agreements 2005, which will therefore enter into force for the UK on 1 April 2019, in the event of a no-deal Brexit, with the result that courts in EU member states will be obliged to give effect to exclusive choice of court agreements designating the English courts entered into after that date, and to enforce the resulting judgments in accordance with the Convention.

The Convention currently applies to the UK by virtue of EU membership and will cease to apply to the UK on 29 March 2019). If the withdrawal agreement is concluded and enters into force on 30 March 2019, the UK will continue to be treated as an EU member state during the transition period (30 March 2019 to 31 December 2020) and EU law including the Convention will continue to apply to the UK for the duration of the transition period. In these circumstances the UK will withdraw the instrument of accession.
