Vincent Brown is a dual qualified UK solicitor with full professional Practising Certificates in England & Wales and Scotland. He is also qualified to practice in supra-national EU environmental and pollution law in the EU and Northern Ireland.

Vincent has over 40 years’ uninterrupted experience as a qualified practising lawyer, 30 of those years as a specialist in waste, contamination and pollution law

He was a partner in three major law firms until late 2012, when he set up his own specialist practice Vincent Brown Law dedicated purely to waste, contamination and pollution law.

Vincent’s experience and expertise in EU and UK environmental law covers the whole range of that massive subject

BUT there are certain CORE AREAS where the specialism has gone much deeper, where Vincent’s practice has been led by strong demand, rapid legal development, and the reality that ‘environment law’ is simply so wide now that one must ‘sub-specialise’ in an expert way.
